Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.

How will I get My refund?
There are two options for refund:
1: Coupon Code Cash Back
What’s Coupon Code?
You can get the refund amount by getting a coupon code equivalent to the amount you purchased. You can later on use that coupon code to buy anything from our website.
2: Cash Back
If you don’t want the refund via coupon code and wish to get the money back, then we can transfer you the amount via Bank transfer Jazzcash or EasyPaisa.
